Departure and arrival times may be subject to change due to weather conditions LOMPRAYAH shall not be help responsible for any such delays.

Allowed maximum 20 kg. per luggage per person excesses charge 20 THB per kg. (Not over 30 kg/luggage).

Cancellation : Cancel 3 days before the day of departure will refund back 50%, after that nonrefundable.

Nonrefundable in every case for Laemsor ferry.

No-show: Customer must check in at time (30 minutes before departure time. Failing to check in on time or miss the boat, company reserves the right not to refund.

Not include for transfer service in Samui for Laemsor ferry.

Water sports equipment (Such as short board, long board, fun board, skim board, knee board, windsurf ect.)
- Transport by bus and boat will be charged 400 THB.
- Transport by boat will be charged 300 THB. -
Bicycle
- Transport by bus and boat will be charged 700 THB (Restricted folding bicycle only).
- Transport by boat will be charged 500 THB. -
The company does not transfer all any kinds of motorcycle.
