Important: After payment, please wait until you're redirected back to our website. This ensures your booking is correctly registered in our system.
5. Booking Confirmation & Ticket
In most cases, your booking will be confirmed immediately after payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket voucher attached, and it will also be available for download in your Memo Travel account.
For certain routes - particularly longer or less frequent ones - confirmation may take a bit longer while we finalize the booking with the ferry operator. In those cases:
- You’ll first receive a “Pending Booking” email
- Once confirmed, you’ll receive a follow-up email with your updated booking status and PDF ticket voucher, usually within a few hours (often under 30 minutes during office hours)
You can check your booking status and download your ticket voucher anytime from your account.
6. Check-In Before Departure
Please arrive at your designated check-in location at least 30 minutes before departure.
Check-in typically takes place at the counter of the trip operator - this may be located at a pier, bus terminal, airport, or local travel office, depending on your route.
Your confirmation email and ticket voucher will clearly show:
- The exact check-in location and operator name
- A clickable Google Maps link for easy navigation
You can present your voucher digitally on your phone or bring a printed copy.
