The company has used the 3 ports are Donsak, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan port for passenger service The Company owns for 2 ports Donsak and Koh Samui port.
Raja ferry is a service provider for ferry (Passengers and Cars) among Donsak, Koh Samui, and Koh Pha-ngan.
we offer service in 3 routes which are Donsak -Koh Samui- Donsak, Donsak - Koh Phangan - Donsak, and Koh Samui- Koh Phangan - Koh Samui
In the present, we have 14 ferries and have a plan to increase the number of ferry in the futher.
Raja Ferry Terms & Conditions
- No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for any reason.
- Child Pricing: Children under 3 years old travel free. A full-price ticket is required for all passengers aged 3 and above.
- Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is permitted to bring one piece of luggage weighing up to 23kg, plus a small personal item (hand luggage) that can be carried on board. Passengers must be able to manage their own luggage.
- For routes to and from the Andaman side (Phuket & Krabi), luggage that is over 20 inches in any dimension (Height > 55 cm, Width > 37 cm, and Depth > 22 cm) may be subject to an extra charge of up to 300 THB.
- Booking Changes: Changes to your departure date or time are permitted, but you must make the request at least 48 hours before your original departure time. Changes are subject to availability.

Baggage Policy

1 hand-carry luggage and 1 XL-size 20 Kilograms suitcase are free of charge.

A third luggage item will be subject to an additional fee.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not issue refunds for unused tickets once the order is confirmed and the invoice was sent/ready to use.

We can issue a refund if there is a subject to change due to weather conditions with a product you purchased, and we are unable to help resolve the matter.

Pregnant passengers may travel without restrictions.

Please note that the service provider will not assume responsibility for any health issues or complications that may arise during travel.
Children & Elderly Passengers

Young children and elderly passengers may be more vulnerable to vessel motion, sea conditions, and sudden impacts. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

The service provider cannot be held responsible for injuries or health-related conditions that may occur due to individual physical limitations or sensitivities.
Safety Notice

Sea conditions can vary and may cause unexpected movement of the vessel. Passengers must follow crew instructions at all times and remain seated when advised.

The service provider is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or from unpredictable weather or sea conditions.
Price Changes

Songserm reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify temporarily or permanently, a product's prices with or without notice.
Transfer

The flight departure should be at least 2.5 hours after the ferry arrival time.
